Our Story
Born from a love for authentic flavor and Costa Rican tradition, Chiletico began in 2008 as a small family business selling homemade hot sauces at the local farmers’ market. In 2016, we became an official small enterprise (PYME), proudly working with local farmers to source only the freshest, highest-quality ingredients. From the Caribbean coast to the Guanacaste plains, each sauce reflects the vibrant spirit of our land—bold, natural, and flavorful. The taste that bites but doesn’t burn.
