Pursuant to Chapter 23, Title 31 of the Virgin Islands Code, the Government of the Virgin Islands, Police Department is requesting proposals from qualified vendors to Purchase, Delivery and Commissioning of 3 patrol vessels for the VIPD
Proposals will be received by the Department of Property and Procurement, Division of Procurement via the GVIBUY eProcurement system, accessed through the following link: https://gvibuy.buyspeed.com/bso/.
Proposals will be accepted no later than 4:30 p.m. Atlantic Standard Time on Tuesday, May 19, 2026.
