IMPORTANT NOTICE: RELOCATION OF SAFETY DEPOSIT BOXES
The National Bank of Dominica Ltd. wishes to inform our safety deposit box holders that we are relocating our safety deposit boxes from the Bay Front Branch to our new Old Street Branch (formerly First Caribbean International Building).
To facilitate this transition, we are offering the following options:
1. Retrieve Your Belongings – Customers who prefer to collect their items before the relocation may do so by Thursday, April 17th, 2025. Visits can be made during regular business hours; however, we encourage scheduling an appointment for your convenience by calling 1 767 255 2300 or emailing [email protected].
2. Allow the Bank to Relocate Your Box and Its Contents – Customers who wish for the Bank to relocate their safety deposit boxes must sign a waiver at any of our branches. If we do not receive a signed acknowledgment by Thursday, April17th, 2025, the box and its contents will be relocated as scheduled, and customers will be deemed to have accepted the waiver’s terms, including the Bank’s limitation of liability for any loss, damage, theft, or misplacement of contents during the move.
While we will take all reasonable precautions to ensure security duringthe relocation, the Bank cannot be held liable for any loss or damage except in cases of gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
