By Aaron Humes: An armed robbery occurred at the Nan Fang Store located in Independence Village earlier today.
According to reports, two masked men, described as having dark complexions, entered the store and held the store owner at gunpoint, demanding cash and valuables. Eyewitnesses indicate that the robbers were in and out of the store in a matter of minutes, fleeing the scene with an undisclosed amount of cash.
Police have since launched an investigation. Local police are urging anyone with information related to the robbery to come forward to assist in their efforts to apprehend the suspects.
