Nearly 10 acres of oceanfront land between Aurora Anguilla Resort and Sunshine Shack has been acquired for Beach Enclave, Anguilla – an upscale development with world-class villas and premium amenities.
Construction on the estimated US$100 million resort is scheduled to begin in late 2026, with the first residences expected to be completed by the end of 2027.
Phase one
Phase one will include five beachfront villas and seven ocean-view homes, all crafted by the acclaimed Blakstad design studio.
The Ibiza-based studio designed the most recent Beach Enclave development in the TCI, known as M-House, and was the original designer behind the iconic Cap Juluca.
Each villa will range from four to seven bedrooms with spacious indoor-outdoor living areas, created for both privacy and relaxation.
Owners will be able to enjoy their villas at any time, while a managed rental programme will offer rental income when not in use.
Full resort hospitality services will also be available, including concierge, housekeeping and optional private chef services.
Luxury amenities
In addition to the villas, the resort will feature a Mediterranean-style beach club and restaurant with a pool, and a modern fitness centre with sauna and ice plunge facilities.
Guests will be able to enjoy access to a racquet club with tennis, pickleball and padel courts, designed for active lifestyles.
