One man has been arrested and charged with the death of Ken Joseph by dangerous driving.
According to information from the police, the man is expected to appear at a magistrate court today, where the charge will be read to him.
The accident occurred in the evening of Saturday, December 6, 2025, in the vicinity of Ocean Edge Oasis Hotel.
Initial reports indicated that Joseph, a resident of Kingshill, was the pillion rider on a motorcycle. However, that information has been corrected to reflect that Joseph was the driver of the motorcycle with pillion rider Salim Khalid Green.
Green is currently in critical condition at the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) of the Dominica-China Friendship Hospital (DCFH).
