AKT Global Migration Solutions Ltd., one of the international marketing agents for Range Developments, the developers behind Six Senses Hotel and InterContinental Grenada, has officially changed its registered name to Range Caribbean Consultants.
A notice published in the 9 May 2025 edition of the Government Gazette informs about the change. “Notice is hereby given that the authorised Marketing Agent of the Grenada Citizenship by Investment Programme, AKT Global Migration Solutions Ltd., operating at business address P.O. Box 309, Ugland House, Grand Cayman, KY1-1104, Cayman Islands, has officially changed its name and is now licensed under the name Range Caribbean Consultants.”

A search of the CBI/IMA website shows that Mohammed Asaria is the contact person for Range Caribbean Consultants. The listed address is Boulevard Plaza Tower 2, Office 1104, Burj Khalifa Community, Downtown, Dubai, UAE. The company was established in 2011.
Dated 7 April 2025 and signed by Thomas Anthony, Chief Executive Officer of the Investment Migration Agency which administrates and manages the CBI programme, the notice further instructs that Range Caribbean Consultants is authorised to conduct business in the State of Grenada, in accordance with the terms and conditions specified in Section 13 of the Grenada Citizenship by Investment Act, 2013. Its agent license number is GCBI-MA-067.
Section 13 of the CBI legislation states: “A person or body who – (a) wishes to promote, market or disseminate information locally or overseas; and (b) intends to identify suitable applicants for citizenship by investment or permanent residence by investment for submission through a Local Agent to the Committee regarding any aspect of an investment under sections 10 to 11, shall make an application to the Committee using the prescribed forms, for a marketing licence.”
Section 14 of the CBI legislation states, “It shall be lawful for the Minister, from time to time by Notice in the Gazette to publish information regarding the following;– (i) the names and identities of all local agents; (ii) the names and identities of all holders of marketing licences; and (iii) notice of any revocation of any licence or permanent residency or citizenship status.
