WHEN it comes to cleaning, many of us have our go-to schedules.
However, a cleaner has revealed that there are nine filthy places that you probably forget each week.

TikTok user @homecleaning58 uploaded a clip which has a staggering 1.4million views showing the areas you should pay attention to around your house.
The first one is your drain, and she showed how you can unscrew the metal part and give it a deep clean.
You can also give the section under it a good scrub too while you are at it – and she used an electric scrubber to leave it gleaming.
The next overlooked area is your laundry basket, according to the cleaning professional.

She shared how you can give it a wipe down with spray and a damp cloth.
Next up on the list was the toilet, and she showed how you should clean behind and under it too.
The fourth item on the list was your mop bucket, and she gave it a clean using fairy liquid and warm water.
She also shared how radiators and heaters can often get left off the cleaning list.
To get rid of any dust, she used a hair dryer to shoot through any particles to the bottom and then vacuumed it up.
Next up, she showed how you should soak showerheads in a bag of vinegar to leave them limescale-free.
When it comes to your appliances, you should also make sure you clean your microwaves.
To do this, she placed a bowl of water and sliced lemons inside, and heated it for one minute.
She explained: “It is a natural degreaser. The steam makes it easy to wipe the microwave.”
The next areas to pay attention to are hood vents and door handles.

After uploading her clip, her tips have racked up hundreds of comments from cleaning fans.
One said: “All of these are valid apart from the laundry basket and mop bucket.”
