By Aaron Humes: Today, Friday, August 29, at 5:32 PM, information was received regarding a robbery at the corner of Oleander Street and Croton Lane, Belize City.
Police spoke to the complainants, who reported that while they were conducting a routine delivery on Oleander Street, two dark-complexioned men approached them armed with a black 9-millimeter firearm. The suspects stole a blue JBL speaker valued at $350; a blue Samsung A05 smartphone with a sim card valued at $200; a blue John’s Sports School backpack and $10.00 in cash, to a total value of $560.
The suspects then fled the scene. The complainants declined to make a formal report.
