SIB data for January 2026 shows that the inflation rate for ‘Food and Non-Alcoholic Beverages’ stood at 0.9 percent, primarily attributed to a 0.6 percent rise in ‘Food’ prices and a 2.4 percent increase in prices for ‘Non-Alcoholic Beverages’.
