Emergency services responded on Sunday afternoon to a fire at Indigo Bay residential complex on Shamrock Road.
Fire, police and ambulance services attended the scene, where smoke was seen billowing from a top floor area.
The fire is currently under investigation by police and fire service authorities, according to the Fire Service, who said it could make no other comment at this stage.
There have been no reports of injuries in relation to the incident.
