By Rubén Morales Iglesias: Football fans in Orange Walk are in for a treat this Sunday, as the Orange Walk Football Association (OWFA) has announced a special entrance arrangement for the highly anticipated 1st Division matches and the Premier League of Belize (PLB) semifinal between Progresso FC and Verdes FC.
Spectators arriving at People’s Stadium for the OWFA 1st Division morning games will pay an entrance fee of $10, which also grants them access to the crucial Progresso FC vs. Verdes FC PLB semifinal later in the day. However, those who arrive after 2:00 p.m. will be required to pay the standard $15 entrance fee.
This initiative ensures that local football fans can enjoy an action-packed day of competition while rallying behind Progresso FC as they battle for a spot in the national PLB finals.

🔹 San Estevan Soccer Team vs. TF Legends – 11:00 am
🔹 Mi Gente vs. San Jose Pumas – 1:00 pm
🔹 Progresso FC vs. Verdes FC (PLB Semifinal) – 3:30 pm
Fans are encouraged to arrive early to take advantage of the special entrance fee and support the teams.
