The Grenada Development Bank (GDB) is on the lookout for a dynamic, detail-oriented, and proactive Risk and Compliance Manager to join our team!
As a key leader within the bank, you will be responsible for strengthening our risk management framework, ensuring regulatory compliance, and implementing policies that safeguard financial integrity while supporting our mission to drive economic development in Grenada.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and enhance the bank’s risk management and compliance framework
- Ensure regulatory compliance with Regulator, lenders, and other financial oversight bodies
- Implement anti-money laundering (AML) and Customer Due Diligence (CDD) processes
- Monitor and improve credit risk management, lending and loan administration practices
- Conduct and oversee internal audits to strengthen internal controls and governance
- Provide risk assessment and advisory support to senior management and Board of Directors
Who we’re looking for:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in risk, compliance, or audit in banking or financial services
- Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks, risk management principles, and financial governance
- A proactive problem-solver who can drive compliance culture and accountability
- Professional certifications in Risk, Compliance, Finance, or Internal Audit are a plus
