The Grenada Food and Nutrition Council (GFNC) is proud to announce the release of the latest edition of Nutricator, a vibrant and engaging children’s newsletter focused on health and nutrition education.
In alignment with GFNC’s mission “to promote the health and well-being of the Grenadian population, encouraging them to make informed food choices and practice healthy lifestyles,” the Nutricator newsletter introduces young readers to essential topics such as hypoglycemia, healthy eating habits, physical literacy, and smart snack choices.
Designed for children of varying age groups, Nutricator uses a mix of storytelling, games, word puzzles, and new tracing activities to support literacy, motor skills, critical thinking, and healthy lifestyle habits. The publication serves as an interactive learning tool that parents, teachers, and health professionals can use to make nutrition education both fun and meaningful.
The newsletter is available both in print and digital. The GFNC invites educators, parents, and health professionals to explore the Nutricator and use it as a resource to continue building a healthier future for Grenada’s children.
