So what’s on the agenda? First, there’s Jive June: running from June 2 to 22, this three-week celebration of movement transforms the resort into a vibrant stage of rhythm and expression. World-class professionals—like Moulin Rouge performer Stefanie Renee Salyers and celebrated ballerina Bojana Matic BoBadu—will be leading daily dance workshops in styles ranging from sultry Tango to high-energy Zumba.
Think Salsa under the stars. Think Merengue mornings on the beach. Think friendly weekly dance-offs that turn cardio into community. Whether you’re a seasoned mover or have two left feet, Jive June welcomes you to let go, loosen up, and lean into the beat.
As July rolls in, BodyHoliday flips the script on the family vacation with WellFit Tribes—a two-month-long immersive program (June 30 to August 24) crafted for families with teenagers aged 12 and up. This is not your average bonding experience.
Picture it: sunrise circuits on the sand, team obstacle courses in the jungle, and spirited challenges that inspire teamwork, laughter, and a little healthy competition. Even more impressive? The athletic pedigree of your mentors. Olympic and Paralympic athletes including Jade Jones (Team GB’s youngest Olympic champ), British sprinter Ashleigh Nelson, Kadeena Cox (a four-time Paralympic gold medalist), and U.S. Olympic swimmer Brooks Vaughn Curry will be on-site to guide, motivate, and maybe even share a few stories from the podium.
Though the full details are still under wraps, BodyHoliday has hinted at an upcoming major wellness retreat featuring Saint Lucia’s own track sensation, gold medalist Julien Alfred. With her meteoric rise on the global sprinting stage, anticipation is high.
