By Aaron Humes: A motorcycle accident on the Philip Goldson Highway has left a 49-year-old man hospitalized following a crash today, Sunday.
On arrival, police found Kenrick Emmanuel Gordon, who was identified via his driver’s license, lying face down and bleeding from a head wound. Gordon was responsive but required immediate medical attention. He was treated on-site and subsequently transported to Karl Heusner Memorial Hospital (KHMH) by ambulance.

According to initial investigations, Gordon was traveling from Belize City towards Ladyville when he lost control of his motorcycle while navigating a curve at Mile 5 1/2 on the highway. This resulted in him veering off the road and crashing into a small palm tree and a coconut tree. The motorcycle, a blue SKYGO SG125-7, sustained significant damage, including to its headlamp and signal lights.
Police are investigating.
