PRIME MINISTER Dr. Godwin Friday has thanked former Prime Minister Dr. Ralph Gonsalves and the ministers who served in the previous administration for their service to St Vincent and the Grenadines (SVG).
Dr. Friday led his New Democratic Party (NDP) to a landslide 14-1 victory against the Unity Labour Party (ULP) in the November 27, 2025 general elections.
Speaking at the swearing in of his Cabinet at the Arnos Vale Sports complex on Tuesday, December 2,2025 the prime minister said that while the NDP and the ULP may have differed in their approach, he never questioned the intentions of anyone who offers themselves to serve.
He stressed that people can expect a government that works for everyone.
