The Major Crime Unit of the Commonwealth of Dominica Police Force has commenced an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the untimely death of Obed Qball Nicholas, a male adult of St. Joseph.
According to police reports, Nicholas who appeared to have been beaten was found at his home in the early evening of April 10, 2025
Two individuals were initially assisting the police in the investigation of the matter.
However, one was released and the other was arrested for further investigation into the matter and is presently in police custody.
The investigation is actively ongoing into the incident of the death.
