Prime Minister Hon. Dickon Mitchell is scheduled participate in the World Governments Summit (WGS) 2026, taking place from 3–5 February 2026 in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Prime Minister Mitchell will join a distinguished panel of regional leaders on 4 February for a high‑level discussion titled What Forces Are Reshaping Government Investment Decisions?
The panel will also feature Hon. Philip J Pierre, Prime Minister of St Lucia and Hon. Dr Natalio D Wheatley, Premier of the Virgin Islands.
In addition to his panel participation, Prime Minister Mitchell will also engage in a series of bilateral meetings with international partners and strategic stakeholders. These meetings will focus on strengthening cooperation, exploring investment opportunities, advancing climate resilience initiatives, and deepening Grenada’s relationships across key sectors.
Prime Minister Mitchell’s participation underscores Grenada’s commitment to strategic, sustainable investment that strengthens resilience, enhances service delivery, and positions the country for long-term economic growth. His contribution will highlight Grenada’s experience in balancing tourism-driven development with climate resilience, infrastructure modernisation, and prudent fiscal management.
In the absence of Prime Minister Dickon Mitchell, Hon. Lennox Andrews will act as Prime Minister.
