Information reaching BVI News indicates that the Royal Virgin Islands Police Force (RVIPF) conducted a major operation on Wednesday, resulting in the arrest of several individuals, including minors.
BVI News understands that the suspects are currently being held on suspicion of robbery and firearm-related offences.
Highly placed sources informed our news centre that the individuals were detained, and their homes were searched, with a firearm recovered in at least one instance.
The exact number and identities of the suspects remain unclear. However, sources say at least three of them are minors, with one reportedly around 14 years old.
It is not yet confirmed whether any of the individuals have been charged.
