Welcome to Queen Majesty Hot Sauce. I started making my hot sauce in the early 2000s, like how my Sicilian grandmother made sauce; slow cooking it in small batches with whole fresh ingredients like lemon juice, garlic cloves, and extra virgin olive oil. In 2013, I began selling it at farmer’s markets and eventually landed on the shelves of Whole Foods and the hit show Hot Ones. Word of mouth and our amazing customers have been helping us grow ever since!
