Electric Outboard Motor (75+ KW), Battery and Controls for a 23-foot Patrol Boat, Grenada

The GIZ Caribbean Agency as part of its NDC-TEC project, invites interested parties to participate in a public tender for the supply and installation of electric boat propulsion (outboard motor, battery and controls) for a pilot project in GRENADA, Caribbean.

Interested suppliers should send their technical proposal, financial proposal and corporate/supplier information to [email protected] no later than 4 February 2026 by 11:59 pm UTC-4, Grenada time.

Technical specifications and pricing template can be found at the bottom of this document.

Submissions should contain the following information:

Corporate/Supplier Information

1. Basic Supplier Data: Registered/Official Business Name, address, tax identification number, key contact persons and other contact details
2. Financial information: Payment terms, bank details, and purchasing credit limits
3. Communication data: Information about preferred means of communication, such as email, telephone, etc.
4. Additional information: Certificate of Business Registration. Any other relevant supplier or purchasing information

Technical Proposal

• Company background and experience in offering Marine Products and Services
• Completed requirements sheet, provided by GIZ below
• Specification/data sheets for all equipment offered
• Any other relevant technical information and supporting documentation
• Warranty Offer for outboard motor, battery, auxiliary equipment and workmanship

Financial Proposal (must be a separate PDF file from the Technical Proposal)
