Secrets’ New Aruba All-Inclusive Has 304 Rooms, a Preferred Club, and a Stunning White-Sand Beach

It opens onto a stretch of sand that has always felt different from the rest of the island. Baby Beach sits on Aruba’s southeastern tip, naturally protected and known for water that stays shallow, warm, and remarkably calm. The shoreline curves gently, the sea floor slopes gradually, and the color transitions slowly from pale turquoise to glassy blue. It’s a beach designed by geography for swimming, floating, and lingering in the water without effort.

That setting is the foundation of Secrets Baby Beach Aruba, an adults-only, all-inclusive resort that brings the Secrets brand to one of Aruba’s most beloved beaches. Rather than reshaping Baby Beach into something louder or more theatrical, the resort is built around what already defines the area: easy water access, wide horizons, and a sense of space that encourages guests to slow down.

This is not the Aruba of high-rise hotels and dense resort strips. Baby Beach feels open, quiet, and almost intentionally removed — and that difference shapes the entire stay.

Why Baby Beach Is One Of Aruba’s Best
Baby Beach (here’s what it’s like) has long been a favorite among locals and repeat visitors for one simple reason: the water behaves itself. The bay is naturally sheltered, keeping waves minimal and conditions consistent throughout the day. You can wade far out without losing footing, swim without fighting currents, and stay in the water for long stretches without fatigue.

For travelers who prioritize swimming over scenery alone, this matters. Baby Beach isn’t about dramatic surf or cliffside views. It’s about comfort in the water — a place where the sea feels welcoming rather than performative. That quality becomes especially valuable at an adults-only resort, where the rhythm of the day revolves around long swims, quiet lounging, and unhurried afternoons.

At Secrets Baby Beach Aruba, the shoreline isn’t treated as a photo opportunity. It’s the core amenity. Lounging areas, beach access points, and resort pathways are oriented toward keeping guests connected to the water rather than funneling them away from it.

Inside Secrets Baby Beach Aruba
Secrets Baby Beach Aruba is a mid-size resort by Caribbean standards, with approximately 304 guest rooms and suites, allowing it to feel substantial without becoming overwhelming. The layout emphasizes openness and proximity to the beach, with buildings positioned to maintain sightlines toward the sea rather than blocking them.

Room categories are designed around outdoor living and privacy. Entry-level rooms include Junior Suites with furnished balconies or terraces, generous floor plans, and modern coastal design. Many rooms offer partial or direct ocean views, while higher-category accommodations move closer to the water.

Upgrade options include Preferred Club Junior Suites and Preferred Club Suites, which add enhanced locations, upgraded amenities, and access to exclusive lounge areas. Select categories feature swim-out access, allowing guests to step directly from their terrace into a pool, while top-tier suites offer expanded outdoor space and more pronounced ocean views. FYI, we always love the Preferred Club options at Hyatt Inclusive Collection properties, and this one is no different.

Across categories, rooms are designed to encourage staying in rather than retreating — terraces are usable, not decorative, and interiors feel intentionally calm rather than overstyled.

Dining, Pools And Resort Amenities
As an all-inclusive, Secrets Baby Beach Aruba bundles dining, drinks, and activities into the stay, simplifying planning once you arrive. Multiple on-site restaurants offer a mix of international and regional menus, with beachfront and open-air settings that keep meals connected to the environment rather than sealed indoors.

Pool areas are distributed across the resort to avoid a single crowded focal point. Guests can choose between livelier pool scenes and quieter, more relaxed settings, depending on mood. The design encourages movement — a swim in the morning, a return to the room, another swim in the afternoon — without long walks or congestion.

A full-service spa, fitness center, and daily activities round out the experience, though the resort’s strongest feature remains its physical relationship with the beach rather than its programming schedule.

San Nicolas And Aruba’s Creative South
One of the most compelling reasons to choose this part of the island is its proximity to San Nicolas, a town that has quietly become Aruba’s cultural counterweight to its northern resort zones.

San Nicolas is known for its large-scale murals, street art, galleries, and live music scene. Once centered around the oil industry, the town has evolved into a creative hub where art, food, and nightlife feel locally driven rather than resort-oriented. Walking through San Nicolas offers a different view of Aruba — expressive, colorful, and rooted in community rather than tourism infrastructure.

Staying at Secrets Baby Beach Aruba makes it easy to pair beach time with cultural exploration. You can spend the day in calm water, then head into town for dinner, art walks, or music, returning to the quiet of Baby Beach afterward.

Why Southern Aruba Feels Different
Southern Aruba remains noticeably less developed than the island’s northern coastline. Roads are quieter. Landscapes feel wider. The desert-meets-sea environment gives the area a sense of openness that contrasts with Aruba’s more commercial zones.

Baby Beach has always been central to this region’s identity — a gathering place long before it became a resort anchor. Secrets Baby Beach Aruba fits into that continuity rather than disrupting it, offering comfort and structure without overwhelming the setting.

Booking With World Of Hyatt Points
One of the most practical advantages of Secrets Baby Beach Aruba is its participation in World of Hyatt. For travelers who collect Hyatt points, this resort represents a strong redemption opportunity in Aruba, where beachfront all-inclusive options are often expensive when booked with cash.

Using points here covers not just the room, but the full all-inclusive experience — meals, drinks, and on-site amenities — making it easier to justify a longer stay. For Hyatt loyalists looking for a high-value Caribbean redemption, Secrets Baby Beach Aruba stands out as one of the most complete options on the island.

Who This Resort Is Best For
Secrets Baby Beach Aruba is ideal for travelers who value calm water, open space, and a slower pace. It works especially well for couples, honeymooners, and adults seeking an Aruba experience that feels distinct from the island’s busiest hotel corridors.

If swimming matters more than surf, if you enjoy pairing beach days with cultural exploration, and if using Hyatt points factors into your planning, this resort checks multiple boxes at once.

Prices at Secrets Baby Beach
After an early-opening special, rates at the resort are now hovering at around $866 per night, all-inclusive based on double occupancy. That’s about in line with good value in Aruba. If you want a really spectacular room, one of the swim-out Preferred Club rooms will run you $1,626 per night if you join World of Hyatt (which is free). That’s a lot more, but you get a really memorable room, in my view.
