Store Supervisor
The Store Supervisor provides operational leadership and direct support to the Store Manager to ensure the consistent delivery of exceptional customer experience and the achievement of sales and performance targets.
This role is responsible for driving daily execution on the sales floor, maintaining operational compliance, safeguarding company assets, and motivating team members to exceed performance objectives. The Store Supervisor acts as the Manager-on-Duty in the absence of the Store Manager and ensures that brand standards, service excellence, and financial controls are always upheld.
Customer Service Representative
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for delivering extraordinary customer experience while actively driving sales performance within a dynamic retail technology environment.
This role requires a competitive sales spirit, strong product knowledge, and a passion for exceeding customer expectations. The CSR serves as a brand ambassador, ensuring every customer interaction enhances loyalty, increases revenue, and strengthens the company’s reputation across all retail locations.
