The latest Citizenship by Investment (CBI) project is 60 ultra-luxe residences in La Sagesse, in which the owners will have access to Six Senses La Sagesse and the InterContinental Grenada Resort, because it will become the third approved project for Range Developments in Grenada.
Called “The La Sagesse Collection,” it is the second CBI-approved project by the Dickon Mitchell administration. The first was the 70-room hotel called One True Blue Beach Hotel and Residences, which is located in True Blue, St George.
“Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Section 4 of the Grenada Citizenship by Investment Act, 2013, that the project The La Sagesse Collection of the developer Range Developments 2 (Grenada) Ltd, La Sagesse, St David, Grenada has been granted the status of an Approved Project and the developer is therefore authorised to conduct business in the State of Grenada, pursuant to the terms and conditions specified in the Act,” said a notice published in the 3 October 2025 of the Government Gazette.
Dated 23 June 2025, the Approved Project Status number is GCBI-AP-0025-036. An internet search of the project shows that it is the third project by Range Developments, which has constructed and opened Six Senses La Sagesse, and is currently working towards finalising and opening InterContinental sometime in 2026. Both projects are located in the parish of St David.
The residential villas are 1,545 square foot ocean-view residences with 2 bedrooms and 2 residences per floor. According to reports recently laid in the Lower House of Parliament, projects undertaken by Range Developments are responsible for the majority of CBI investors.
Distribution per Project for the period 1 July 2024 to 31 December 2024, shows that La Sagesse Six Senses and InterContinental had 61% of investors per project. Between 1 July and 31 December 2024, the investment in InterContinental was EC$70.3 million, while for Six Senses, the amount was EC$6.7 million.
The report said that a minimum of US$50,000 is paid to the government for each approved application for investment into an Approved Project. At the end of 2024, the government approved 5,443 new citizens.
