Kicking off the event is the inspiring ‘Melodies from Heaven’ ceremony featuring renowned Nigerian gospel artist Sinach, who is expected to provide an uplifting experience for attendees. Rallying a diverse lineup of performers that includes, Stephen Marley, Gramps Morgan, Singing Melody, Wayne Wonder, Brian McKnight, Jon Secada, and Kes The Band among others, the festival seeks to attract an influx of visitors by offering an electrifying musical journey that emphasizes spirituality, warmth, and community connection.
Through this year’s festivities, the Tobago Festivals Commission has expressed its goal to promote the island as a prime destination for tourism and entertainment, fostering economic sustainability.
As CEO of the Tobago Festivals Commission, Kern Cowan noted, “We must show the world all that we are capable of delivering,” and emphasized the strategic effort to position Tobago on the global tourism map.
“We’re extremely excited to present the best that Tobago has to offer in collaboration with these esteemed artistes,” Cowan added.
