The communities of Petite Soufriere, San Sauveur, and Good Hope celebrated the recent 2025 holiday season by wrapping up the year’s end with a sense of hope and the spirit of collaboration. The festivities were characterized by music, generosity, and a strong sense of togetherness to fuel residents heading into 2026, said a community member.
Reportedly, local businessman Greg Jules led the Christmas celebrations with a tree lighting ceremony at San Sauveur and distributed gifts, creaing an atmosphere that was welcoming for both residents and visitors alike.
The San Sauveur Catholic Church Choir contributed to the festivities by singing traditional carols and seasonal hymns, bringing a sense of reverence and joy to the celebrations.
In addition, the Good Hope Village Council distributed care packages and gifts to the less fortunate, ensuring that the spirit of giving remained at the heart of the season.
The efforts of all who participated helped fill the villages with Christmas joy, giving residents something to look forward to within their own communities for the new year.
