A woman is assisting police with investigations in locating her attackers after she reportedly narrowly escaped a sexual assault attempt last Thursday morning in the Bathlodge area.
According to reports, the incident occurred around 11:30 a.m. when the woman was walking along the road and decided to accept a ride from two men.
Allegedly, shortly after entering the vehicle, the driver turned onto Guava Avenue and drove to a secluded, bushy area where he stopped the car. She claims the men then ordered her to exit the vehicle and threatened her with serious physical harm if she did not comply with their sexual demands.
The woman reportedly managed to escape from the dangerous situation and immediately contacted emergency services by calling 911.
Authorities are working to identify and locate the suspects involved in the alleged incident.
