Rico Aaron Forde appeared in court yesterday charged with the killing of his brother.
The 21-year-old, of Parish Land, Christ Church, was remanded to Dodds Prison on the charge of murdering Ewing Forde, 30, on August 19.
Forde appeared before Magistrate Angela Knight in the District “C” Magistrates’ Court where he was not required to plead to the indictable offence. The matter was transferred to the District “B” Magistrates’ Court, for September 24.
The accused was represented by King’s Counsel Michael Lashley in association with attorneys Sade Harris and Suthany Hall, who made a request for disclosure.
Prosecutor was Sergeant Shane Chase.
