By Rubén Morales Iglesias: The Orange Walk Football Association (OWFA) 2024-2025 1st Division Closing Championship goes into Week 4 this weekend at the People’s Stadium in Orange Walk.
Action kicks off with a double-header on Saturday: Guinea Grass will face San Jose Pumas at 7:30 pm, followed by LA Tigers taking on Progresso at 9:30 pm. Both matches promise to deliver intense competition.
Sunday’s action-packed schedule is set to begin with Mi Gente taking on APR Central at 11:00 am. The excitement will build as the San Estevan Soccer Team clash with Sandy Field at 1:00 pm, followed by Yo Creek United facing Crystal at 3:00 pm. The grand finale of the weekend will feature San Jose against Trial Farm (TF) Legends at 5:00 pm, a battle fans won’t want to miss.
