Police and emergency medical officers responded to a report of a man, 17, who was found unresponsive at an address on Farm Road in East End just after 6am on Saturday.
He was transported to Cayman Islands Hospital by ambulance, where he was pronounced deceased.
The RCIPS expressed their condolences to the family and friends of the deceased and said the matter was under investigation.
