The Major Crime Unit of the Commonwealth of Dominica Police Force has intensified investigations into a tragic shooting in Roseau that claimed the life of Kimon Emmanuel and left Shyan Sabroache injured.
Police say they have arrested six individuals of interest in connection with the incident which occurred in an area known as Washington Block in Roseau on April 27, 2025. One person remains in police custody, assisting investigators, while other individuals are being actively sought as inquiries continue.
In a statement, the police urged members of the public to come forward with any relevant information that could assist in the ongoing investigation.
