By Breaking Belize News Staff: Belizeans are stepping into the new week under mostly fair and dry weather conditions, with only isolated showers expected across the country. Monday’s forecast, issued by the National Meteorological Service, predicts a warm and pleasant day from the coast to the highlands, offering ideal conditions for beachgoers, travelers, and farmers alike.
The forecast calls for sunny skies with some cloudy spells and a mild breeze from the east-southeast at 10 to 20 knots. Marine conditions are considered moderate, with wave heights between 4 to 6 feet. Inland areas will experience the hottest temperatures, reaching up to 96°F (36°C), while coastal regions remain slightly cooler at 90°F (32°C).

Tonight, skies will be partly cloudy with isolated showers, mainly in the southern districts. These weather patterns are expected to hold steady through Tuesday and Tuesday night, with fair and breezy conditions prevailing and very little rainfall on the radar.
With dry weather continuing, the public is advised to stay hydrated, avoid prolonged sun exposure during peak hours, and keep an eye on fire safety in rural areas. This stretch of calm conditions is a welcomed break before the upcoming rainy season begins in June.
