-The Ministry of Health, Wellness and Elderly Affairs will host a Caribbean Wellness Day Fun Sports Meet and Mental Health Fair (Health Workers Edition), later this month.
The event promises a day filled with action, laughter, and inspiration, designed to promote teamwork, wellness, and community spirit. Activities will include a tug of war, relays, balloon toss, cheer competitions, live entertainment, and healthy food demonstrations.
Guided by the theme “Engage, Empower, Elevate – Working Together to Improve Health and Well-being for All,” the day will also highlight health workers’ united fight against non-communicable diseases (NCDs).
The Ministry of Health encourages all team members to participate actively, and represent their departments with pride and enthusiasm. This is also a great opportunity to bring along your family and friends to enjoy the fun filled activities. Admission is free.
Caribbean Wellness Day Fun Sports Meet and Mental Health Fair will be held on Sunday, September 21 at the Soufriere Mini Stadium from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
