Request for Proposal: BD-26-400-4001-640
Pursuant to Chapter 23, Title 31 of the Virgin Islands Code, the Government of the Virgin Islands, Department of Education(VIDE) is requesting proposals from qualified vendors for the Development of Summative Assessments for English Language Arts (ELA), Mathematics, Science, and Alternative Assessments aligned to the Virgin Islands Academic and Assessment Standards and an Artificial Intelligence (AI)-Assisted Scoring and Delivery System on behalf of the Virgin Islands Department of Education(VIDE) to be provided in the St. Croix and St. Thomas/St. John School District(s).
Proposals will be accepted no later than 4:30 p.m., Atlantic Standard Time on Tuesday, February 24, 2026.
