NIA CHARLESTOWN, NEVIS (March 4, 2026) — The Office of the Registrar of Companies in Nevis has issued a reminder to company directors regarding the submission of annual returns.
All annual returns for the period ending December 31, 2025, must be filed in duplicate with the Companies Registry by March 31, 2026.
The filing fees are set at $150 for local companies and $100 for external companies. Forms can be downloaded from the official portal at nia.gov.kn/documents/company-registry.
Directors are urged to note that a late filing penalty of $250 per month will take effect from April 1, 2026, for any overdue submissions, continuing until compliance is achieved.
The Registrar’s Office encourages all companies to adhere to these requirements promptly to avoid penalties.
