NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Pursuant to Section 717, Chapter 12, Title 29 of the Virgin Islands Code, as amended, the Virgin Islands Economic Development Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, March 19, 2026, at 9:00 AM.

Any person interested in the approval or disapproval of an application, or who wishes to make a statement regarding an application or other matter to be considered at the hearing, may appear and be heard. Persons wishing to provide comments must submit written notice to the Chief Executive Officer at least 24 hours prior to the hearing, stating the matter on which they wish to be heard and the approximate length of their remarks.
NOTICE OF GOVERNING BOARD DECISION MEETINGS
All interested persons are hereby notified that in accordance with V.I. CODE ANN. tit. 1, § 254, as amended, decision meetings will be held following the public hearing to consider application and/or other matters for:
- Economic Development Commission
- Enterprise Zone Commission
Please note that the Virgin Islands Economic Development Authority (VIEDA) Board of Directors and its subsidiary Boards may enter executive session at any time during the meetings, as permitted under 1 V.I.C. § 254.
