

By Breaking Belize News Staff: Reports indicate that 2 Belizean nationals, Stephen Cabral and Nathaniel Lightburn, were stationed at Prince Sultan Air Base in Saudi Arabia when the facility came under attack by Iranian forces on Friday, March 27, 2026.
The strike, carried out using ballistic missiles and drones, targeted the base near Riyadh that hosts U.S. and allied personnel.


Reports indicate at least 12–15 U.S. service members were wounded, some seriously, while several aircraft were damaged or destroyed.
There is heightened tensions in the region, with the conflict involving Iran, Israel, and the United States now entering its second month, marked by repeated attacks and retaliatory actions.
