Construction Superintendent — Luxury Hotel Project
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee day-to-day site operations on a high-end hotel/resort development.
Key Responsibilities
The role involves managing subcontractors, coordinating trades, maintaining project schedule, enforcing safety standards, and ensuring all work meets approved drawings and quality requirements.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have 10+ years construction experience, strong leadership skills, and proven delivery of large-scale hospitality or commercial projects. Experience with RC structures, MEP coordination, and high-end finishes is preferred.
