KINGSHILL — The Superior Court of the Virgin Islands saw a flurry of activity today as multiple defendants appeared for Advice of Rights hearings in Estate Kingshill.
Judge Yolan C. Brow Ross presided over a busy morning session in Room CR-103, where five individuals faced charges ranging from armed robbery to weapons possession:
- Rayvon Freeman (Case No. SX-2026-CR-00091) appeared on charges of Third-Degree Assault and Domestic Violence.
- George Richards and T’Ssadiq Joseph (Case Nos. SX-2026-CR-00092 & 00093) both faced charges of Second-Degree Robbery.
- Mitche Vern Matthew and Mindo Byron (Case Nos. SX-2026-CR-00094 & 00095) appeared for hearings regarding Possession of an Unlicensed Firearm.
All five defendants in the Brow Ross courtroom are represented by the Office of the Territorial Public Defender.
Following these sessions, the focus shifted to Room CR-216, where Judge Christopher M. Timmons held a 10:00 AM hearing for Jose Luis Manuel Ayala (Case No. SX-2026-CR-00006). Ayala faces charges of Contempt/Violation of a Domestic Violence Order and Domestic Violence.
