- Must be a Grenadian or have Grenadian citizenship.
- Looking for an opportunity to manage an independent Retail Fuels Forecourt and Convenience Store.
- Compliance and Safety: Must adhere to all regulatory, environmental, and safety standards. Dealer will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and secure environment for both staff and customers.
- Access to financial resources to invest into the business.
- Operating Hours – Must be willing and able to operate the site at extended hours, 7 days a week, including weekends and public holidays.
- Technology Proficiency: must be technologically proficient, capable of managing Point-of-Sale (POS) systems. inventory software, and able to generate and analyse performance reports.
- Energy to Improve the Business: passion and commitment to improving the business, building a sense of ownership and teamwork, and creating I embracing new ideas and strategies.
- Customer Focused: creates a service culture by understanding and incorporating customer needs in all strategies, programs and metrics. Must have a clear plan for delivering exceptional customer service, including staff training and handling customer feedback. Must make a strong commitment to the Sol Excellence Program standards.
- Personal learning and growth: Develops self and others to improve skills and competencies to meet the needs of the business, with a continuous learning mindset driven in all parts of the business
- Marketing and Business Skills: able to formulate, implement and monitor key business strategies, objectives and metrics. Ability to translate plans into viable and sustainable business opportunities and have a key understanding of customer service. Be skilled in analysis and sales. Must participate in national and local marketing initiatives and demonstrate a willingness to collaborate on promotional campaigns.
- The prospective Dealer must maintain a consistent on-site presence and be actively involved in the management and oversight of operations.
