After an exceptional career spanning over 36 years, Christopher De Allie officially retired as Managing Director of ANSA Coatings Grenada Limited (ACGL), formerly Sissons Paints (Grenada) Limited, on 31 March 2025.
Since joining the company on 1 November 1988, De Allie has been an integral part of ACGL’s growth and success, having served in several key leadership roles, including Production Manager, Deputy General Manager and General Manager, before being appointed Managing Director in 2009.
His leadership has been instrumental in shaping the company’s direction, navigating many challenges, fostering a culture of excellence, driving innovation, and ensuring ACGL’s continued success for many years.
Under his visionary leadership, ACGL has experienced remarkable expansion, growing from a production capacity of just over 400,000 litres to an impressive 2 million litres in 2024, positioning ACGL as an industry leader in coatings.
More than just a leader, De Allie is a mentor, a motivator, and a guiding force behind ACGL’s keen sense of teamwork and unity. His open-door policy and people-first approach have been instrumental in the creation of a safe, family-like atmosphere, making ACGL not just a workplace but a family and this has earned him the respect and admiration of employees at all levels.
His is a legacy built on trust, dedication, and compassion.
We express our profound gratitude to Chris De Allie for his unwavering commitment and leadership. While we will miss his guidance, we wish him a well-deserved and fulfilling retirement, filled with much happiness and new adventures.
