The National Telecommunications Regulatory Commission (NTRC) invites qualified persons and experienced firms to submit proposals for the following project “Development of an Official Website for the National Telecommunications Regulatory Commission.”
The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to select a competent service provider to design, develop, and deploy a modern, user-friendly, and secure website that enhances the visibility and accessibility of the NTRC to stakeholders and the general public. The website must comply with accessibility standards, offer multi-device responsiveness, and support future scalability.
Eligibility:
- Proposals are invited from qualified website development firms with proven experience in similar projects
- Firms must demonstrate technical expertise, reliability, and the ability to deliver within stipulated timelines

Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information at the National Telecommunications Regulatory Commission at the addresses below Monday to Friday from 8 am to 4 pm. Interested eligible bidders must register with the NTRC to receive the Request for Proposals by providing the names, designations, and contact information of their representatives who should be contacted on matters relating to these documents and forwarding a request via email to [email protected] with the caption “Development of an Official Website for the National Telecommunications Regulatory Commission.”
Submission deadline:
Proposals must be submitted no later than 9 June 2025, at 4 pm AST. Late submissions will not be considered.
