Job Opportunity: Key Custodian (Building Facilities)
Location: The Carenage, St George’s
Food Hub is currently seeking a reliable and responsible Key Custodian to join our team. This individual will play a vital role in the daily operations of our facility and will be entrusted with the overall opening and closing of the building.
Key Responsibilities:
- Opening and securing the building at the beginning and end of each workday
- Ensuring that all air conditioning units and electrical systems are appropriately activated and shut down
- Performing basic facility checks to ensure everything is in proper working condition
- Reporting any maintenance or security concerns promptly
Requirements:
- Must reside within the St George’s area
- Must have personal transportation and be punctual and dependable
- Previous experience in building/facilities management or custodial roles is required
- Strong sense of responsibility and trustworthiness
